Shipping & Handling

Handling Fee: Customers who want to use their own shipping account (UPS Only) will be charged a $5 handling fee, adjusted offline.

All will call or local pick up orders will receive an email when their orders are ready for pick up. Please do not come until that time.

Please note that the cut off time for NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY, and 3RD DAY service for most in stock items will be 1:00pm Pacific Coast Time, cut off time for some in stock items will be 12:45pm Pacific Coast Time.

Most of the time we use First Class for package under 1 lb, Priority Mail for under 2 lbs, and UPS ground for 2 lbs or over. Priority Mail takes an average of 2-4 days. UPS/Fedex takes an average of 2-10 days depending on the destination. We also provide Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select if shipped within the continental United States, which will exclude Alaska and Hawaii. If the item is not in stock for Next Day/2nd Day/3 Day Select, you will be informed within several hours after order has been received. Please note that the cut off time for NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY, and 3RD DAY service is 1:00 pacific coast time. The shipping cost is based on the items ordered. The total cost ( items & shipping cost) will be shown in the shopping cart during check out.

For Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, APO Addresses and any addresses outside the Continental United States, please contact us at 909-595-2330 for shipping cost. Any and all special(s) does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or any APO address.

Shipping for Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 day select are only available if shipped within the 48 continental United States. Shipping to all US Territories outside of the continental United States will be shipped US Priority Mail or UPS whichever we see fit without shipping guarantee date. We are not responsible for any delay in shipment whether it be through us or our carrier.

Please note that some item(s) may not be shipped using next day and 2nd day air. We reserve the right not to ship certain item(s) next day air or 2nd day air. We will contact you in these unusual case(s).

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO addresses will be shipped United States Post Office Express, Priority, First Class, Parcel, or UPS Ground at our discretion, not the shipping method listing at checkout. No shipping guaranteed for these four locations.

All guaranteed shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select) will count only on working days. (For example, if we ship something on Thursday using 3 day select, you will get it on Tuesday the following week, not Sunday).

All shipping and handling cost are non refundable.
